  I got my hair colored by Kate for my wedding that is coming up and I let her know. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and specifically said highlights on the top of my hair and balayage on the bottom. I wanted a caramel copper color. She seemed overwhelmed because I have really long hair. She gave me an ashy blonde at the bottom and no highlights except for my bangs which looks really funny. I called to get if fixed and then she texted me to see what I didn't like. I explained and got no response. I waited a few days and nothing. I called the salon and she had gone home for the day but they said she would text me. I got nothing. I feel like I got ripped off and like they don't care about how special your day is to you. I had to call another salon to fix it and pay another $175.
