What do you call a dentist posing as an orthodontist? Our family had the unfortunate experience of qualifying for Medicaid for one child's orthodontic care. However, this office was the only provider in the county. We have since had two orthodontists and three dentists speak of the poor bracket placement and care. After the initial visit, several brackets just fell off - on the way home from the appointment. They placed the brackets too close to the gums, causing irritation, and then used the swelling as an excuse to put off care and add charges. They looked for bad shortcuts to avoid the expense of necessary appliances.

Even after having left early, with minimal appointments and care received, they were paid in full and chose to keep the funds. We are happily working with a new orthodontist, receiving quality care!

They are grate with kids, I been taking my girls their for a few years and I recommend them, they have the lates technology, they are supper good
